You can use this function to select disposal documents and display them in a list with the most important data.

Features

The following functions are available in the Waste Management menu under Start of the navigation path Reporting Next navigation step Disposal Documents End of the navigation path :

  • Using the List Disposal Documents function, you can specify selection criteria and then list the disposal documents that match these search criteria in the system.

  • You can use the List Disposal Documents with Time Exceeded function to display disposal documents for which the return-within periodhas been exceeded. The system displays all disposal documents in the status TOUT (Timeout).

  • You can use the List Disposal Documents with Quantity Exceeded function to display disposal documents for which the waste quantity entered by the waste generator ( outgoing quantity ) differs from the waste quantity confirmed by the waste disposer ( quantity disposed of ) . The system displays all disposal documents in the status ABERR (Quantity variance).

    The last two functions named above do not perform any checks and only display disposal documents that have the named status. Therefore, we recommend that you execute one of the following functions before calling this function, since these functions perform the relevant checks and set disposal document statuses (see Return Date Check or Quantity Check ).

The disposal document data is displayed via modules in general list processing (SAP List Viewer, ALV), whose standard functions (for example, sorting, display variants, export to certain file formats, and so on) are available in the list.
