Output of Dangerous Goods Data on Disposal Documents This process describes the settings that you must make so that the dangerous goods data is output on a disposal document for a waste .
Caution
No
dangerous goods checks
take place inWaste Management
, in other words, the system does not check, for example, whether the waste can be transported on the mode of transport.
You have made the necessary settings in Customizing for
Dangerous Goods Management
. For more information about these settings, see the
Waste Management
Implementation Guide (IMG) under
Configure Dangerous Goods Management for Waste Management
.
You assign a dangerous goods indicator profile to the waste in the
material master
for which the
Doc
(document-relevant) indicator is set under
Specify Indicator Profiles for the Material Master
in Customizing for
Dangerous Goods Management
.
You enter or add data as required in the SAP Dangerous Goods Management component in order, for example, to map the relevant dangerous goods regulations. For more information, see Dangerous Goods Basic Data .
In the dangerous goods master for the waste, you enter the dangerous goods data for all relevant dangerous goods regulations. Note the following:
Enter a text pattern for each dangerous goods regulation. For more information about text patterns, see Output of Dangerous Goods Information Using Text Patterns .
The
Non-Dangerous Goods Full T
ransport
indicator
cannot
be set for a combination of a waste and regulation for which you want to output dangerous goods data on disposal documents.
On the
Dangerous goods
tab page in the disposal document, you enter the dangerous goods regulations that are relevant specifically for the transport of the waste for which the disposal document is required. The system uses these dangerous goods regulations to determine, from the dangerous goods regulations specified in the dangerous goods master, the dangerous goods data that is output on the disposal document. If the disposal document contains several wastes, the dangerous goods data is output in a separate item for each waste.
Note
If you have assigned a waste approval to the disposal document, the system proposes the dangerous goods regulation that you specified in the waste approval for the dangerous goods regulation for the main leg in the disposal document.
The dangerous goods data determined is displayed for each waste on the
Dangerous goods
tab page.
When you print the disposal documents, the dangerous goods data is output in the following areas using the sample templates supplied with the standard system:
Disposal Document Type |
Dangerous Goods Data Output |
|---|---|
BGS (German Begleitschein) |
Remarks field |
HWM (Hazardous waste manifest) |
Waste item |
The dangerous goods data is output using the same symbol .
