Display Waste Approvals

Use

You can use this function to display the released waste approvals in a list and check how much of the waste quantity licensed in the waste approval has already been disposed of.

Features

The following data on the waste approvals appears in the list:

  • Waste code

  • Waste quantity licensed for the waste approval and waste code

  • Waste quantity already disposed of, in other words, the waste quantity already called off

  • Waste quantity called off as a percentage of the licensed waste quantity

  • Remaining quantity, in other words the licensed waste quantity that has not yet been called off

  • Alert quantity

Status of Available Remaining Quantities in the Waste Approval

The symbol in this field shows the status of the quantity released on the waste approval. This applies to the total quantities and period-based quantities for period entries:

  • Green ( ):

    • There are still sufficient quantities in the approval for release.

    • The status of the current quantities disposed of has not yet reached the alert quantity (see status YELLOW).

  • Yellow ( ):

    • The quantity disposed of has reached or exceeded the specified alert quantity, but is still smaller than the licensed quantity.

    • The released quantity is already more than or equal to 95 % of the licensed quantity.

  • Red ( ):

    • The quantity disposed of has reached or exceeded the licensed quantity. No further quantities can be released from the waste approval for the specified approval - waste code combination or approval - waste code - time period combination (period entry).

    • An error occurred when processing the waste approval data. For example, an error occurred when converting quantities or data was inconsistent.

The data is displayed via modules in general list processing ( SAP List Viewer, ALV ), whose standard functions (for example, sorting, display variants, export to certain file formats, and so on) are available in the list.
