Displaying Assignments to Regulatory Lists

Prerequisites

You have run a specification search or loaded a set of hits and are on the hit list screen.

Procedure

  1. Select the specifications whose assignments to regulatory lists you want to display.

  2. Choose one of the following steps:

    • If you have already activated the output variantSUBLIST, continue with step 4.

    • If you have not activated any output variants or have activated a different output variant, choose with the quick info text Change Output Variant .

      The Display Output Variant: Group Overview dialog box appears.

  3. In the EMPTY group, double-click the output variant SUBLIST.

    The system takes you back to the hit list.

  4. Choose with the quick info text Output .

Result

The assignments to regulatory lists are displayed. Within the output SUBLIST, you can switch between the following outputs:

  • Specification view

    The SAP system lists the selected specifications and for each specification displays the regulatory lists to which it is assigned. This output is displayed as standard when you call the SUBLIST output.

  • List view

    The SAP system lists all regulatory lists to which at least one of the selected specifications is assigned. For each regulatory list, the SAP system displays those selected specifications that are assigned to the regulatory list.
