Inserting Repeating GroupsYou want to output a number of data records for one symbol.
See the Prerequisites
section under Document Template Layout Editing.
Note
To insert a master repeating group (value assignment type) or slave group (additional information, such as components of a value assignment, user-defined texts for a value assignment, usage of a value assignment) you can use the WWI Wizard.
Select the symbols to be included in the repeating group.

On the Rep. Group
tab page, choose the required repeating group type (see Repeating Group Types).
If you want to nest repeating groups, note the syntax graph (see Repeating Groups and Repeating Groups for Formulas).
Depending on the repeating group type, other fields may appear. For more information, see the F1 help for the respective field.
Note
If you want to insert a master group, slave group, or source group, you can select the respective node in the symbol tree. The system automatically enters the corresponding repeating group type.
Enter the required data and choose
.
The system adds the control objects for the repeating groups to the highlighted area.
Note
Standard repeating groups have the report symbol type 11
The numbering of the repeating groups must be unique. Otherwise, the error log cannot be assigned uniquely in the document template.
Group identifications must be placed in separate paragraphs (formatted as hidden) so that paragraph formatting is not lost when they are later merged.
