This function allows you to select the payment terminal (EFT) from the available EFT devices connected to the POS. This function is required when running the POS application on mobile devices.

The normal use case is that the selected EFT is remembered and used for the next payments. But remembering can be also disabled via configuration.

The information about the most recently used EFT is only held within the session. After a new login, the user has to select the EFT again.
