Overview

The Customer Profile Service offers maintenance functions for retailers that are integrated in Employee Hub. The Vue technology is used for this web application. Other used libraries and their versions are listed in the file package.json. The retailer can create customers - persons or organizations with all personal information, such as name, contacts - addresses, phones, emails, customer cards, payment rules, ... Then the retailer can search customers based on predefined criteria in the function Customer Overview or in Customer Search. The customers can also be searched via full-text smart search function in the function Customer Search.
