Engage Integration

GK Engage maintains following data for customers:

• customer loyalty accounts including points balance, promotions for points calculation, promotions for tier rewards
• personalized coupons

GK Engage is running in a different cloud as it can be sold without Cloud4Retail.

Services of the Basket domain are integrated with GK Engage services. Offer Registration Service loads data from GK Engage and provides it to Basket Service and Checkout Service. Offer Registration Service cares also of the post-processing - to save earned points and to redeem coupons.
