You can use the archiving object HR: Appraisal Documents (HRHAP_DOC) to delete data for Performance Management appraisal documents.

In addition to the data on appraisal documents (database table Appraisal HRHAP), this archiving object also destroys all other dependent data from the following tables:

  • Application database tables (HRHAP*)

  • Infotype database table (HRP1001)

  • Tables relevant for the attachments of the appraisal documents (S*)

To display a complete overview of the relevant database tables, choose DB Tables in Archive Administration (transaction SARA).

Prerequisites

You are familiar with the basics of data destruction and have made the following settings in particular:

  • You have activated Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).

  • You are familiar with the functions for ILM policies and rules and have defined the retention rules for the archiving object.
