The authorization object S_ARCHIVE checks the running of the programs of the archiving object HR: Appraisal Documents (HRHAP_DOC). For more information, see User Authorization Checks.

To be able to run the write program RHHAPDOC_ARCH_WRI for this archiving object, you also need structural authorization for the organizational unit and display authorization for the appraisal documents.

You do not need special authorization for the delete program RHHAPDOC_ARCH_DEl since the authorization check is performed for the associated write program.
