Background documentationChecks for HRPA_FMLYM

The preprocessing program performs the following checks to ensure that only data that is no longer needed is destroyed:

  • Data records for family members who are beneficiaries or dependants in Benefits are not to be destroyed.

  • Family members data in the Documents on Dependants infotype (0703) or Information on Dependants infotype (0704) is not to be destroyed.

Germany Only: Check for dependencies on the infotypes Child Allowance (0118), Definition of Child Allowance (0119), and Child Allowance D (0232).

If you want to destroy the data for a child (subtype 2), the system checks whether there are references to child allowance data.

  • If you want to destroy the data for a child whose child number is used in a data record of infotype 0118 in the period relevant for destruction, the system prevents the destruction of data.

  • If you want to destroy the data for a child in a period in which there is at least one record for infotype 0119 or infotype 0232, the system prevents the destruction of data.

  • If you want to destroy the data for a child whose child number is used in a data record of infotype 0595 in the period relevant for destruction, the system prevents the destruction of data.

The system uses the implementation HRPADDE_HRCDEPS_CHK_DATAIT0021 to check the dependencies. For more information about the destruction of child allowance data, see Enhancements for HRCDEPS.
