You can use the fields MOLGA
and OBJECTS_ON_LOAN_TYPE
to define country-specific retention rules for each type of object on loan (OBJECTS_ON_LOAN_TYPE
).
Example
You have defined the following country-specific retention rule: All personal data on the object on loan Plant ID Card
is to be destroyed after 2 years for all employees with the country grouping 01
(Germany).
If you perform a data destruction session, when evaluating rules, the system uses the BAdI implementation BDI_IRM_OT_FLD_HRPA_OBJLN
to determine the value of the rule-relevant fields MOLGA
and OBJECTS_ON_LOAN_TYPE
.
