You can use the archiving object HR: Personnel Cost Planning (HRHCP_PLAN) to destroy all posted data for personnel cost planning and simulation. For example, this is master data for the personnel cost plan, data on payroll evaluation runs, and data that is stored in the cluster PCL5. This data is to be regarded as personal data in terms of data privacy. Therefore, for data privacy reasons, it may be necessary to destroy this data after the defined retention period has been reached.

In particular, this archiving object destroys data from the following database tables:

The archiving object destroys other dependent data. To display a complete overview of the relevant database tables, choose DB Tables in Archive Administration (transaction SARA).

  • You are familiar with the functions for ILM policies and rules and have defined the retention rules for the archiving object.
