Adjusting Headers and Footers Customer-Specifically

Procedure

To change headers and footers permanently, proceed as follows:

1. Start transaction SE16 in the SAP GUI.

2. Make the following settings in the IWBSETTING table:

   • DV_EXT_R, DVPAGE_R: Link (external, page)

   • DV_HEAD_L, DV_HEAD_M, DV_HEAD_R: Header (left, middle, right)

   • DV_FOOT_L, DV_FOOT_M, DV_FOOT_R; Footer (left, middle, right)

   The value field has the structure: ‘EN_C SAP AG’, where the first three characters are the language name and ‘_‘. These must be retained. The next part of the field is the proposal (for example, EN_Hello World). Start the print process as described above. The values entered (in this case: Hello World) appear in the header line and footer line. Hello World!

The settings are cross-context.
