Inserting Headers, Footers, and Graphics Context-Sensitively

Procedure

To change headers, footers, and graphics context-sensitively, proceed as follows:

Open the folder with the technical name STYLES in the Administration area.
Create a new version of the PRINT.xx_ HEADER_FOOTER info object in your context.
Note

xx is replaced according to the area:
- PRINT.EH_HEADER_FOOTER: Documentation
- PRINT.TR_ HEADER_FOOTER: Training
This enables info objects to be edited according to areas.
Edit the PRINT.xx_ HEADER_FOOTER info object and save it.
Start the print process.

Note that you also have to insert the corresponding sections in this info object for the different sections in the print file, therefore a section for the cover sheet, the table of contents, and the section with the info objects, for example.
