Delete Folder

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse in processing mode Change.

The folder does not contain any info objects.

You have authorization to delete folders.

Procedure

  1. Mark the folder to be deleted in the favorites.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathFolder Next navigation step DeleteEnd of the navigation path.

  3. The Delete Folder dialog box appears, in which you can confirm or terminate the operation.

  4. Choose Yes.

Result

The folder is deleted and removed from the favorites.

For the activity described above, several folders can be selected. You need to confirm or terminate the operation for each folder.

If the message Folder still contains info objects, it therefore cannot be deleted appears, you should use the Deleting a Folder without Checking function.
