Deleting a Folder without Checking

Use

You can delete folders even if they still contain info objects.

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse in processing mode Change.

You have authorization to delete folders.

Procedure

  1. Mark the folder to be deleted in the favorites.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathFolder Next navigation step Delete Without CheckEnd of the navigation path.

    Confirm or terminate the operation in the next dialog box.

  3. Choose Yes.

Result

The folder is deleted from the SAP Knowledge Warehouse and removed from the Favorites.

For the activity described above, several folders can be selected.
