Data Review and Update

In this section, you define additional query functions to enable execution users to conveniently review and maintain data. Part of the input data is imported from external systems. Another part is updated during the execution of the process activities.

In the review and maintenance part of the process, you run the following activities before the IT Cost Management calculation is executed:

• Review General Ledger Data

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to general ledger data, which serves as input for the IT cost calculation. For more information about the fields, see General Ledger Data S/4HANA.

• Update Plan and Forecast Data

  This Query function is used to provide read and edit data access to plan and forecast data, which serves as input for the IT cost calculation. For more information about the fields, see Plan and Forecast Data S/4HANA.

• Review Amazon Cloud Billing System Data

  This Query function is used to provide read data access to Amazon Cloud Billing Data, which serves as input for the IT cost allocation. For more information about the fields, see Amazon Cloud Billing System Data.

• Review MS Azure Billing System Data

• Update Pool Assignments

• Update Tower Drivers
