Subscriptions
Definition
Subscriptions are assignments of sites to previously defined publications. They are created and maintained by the system administrator. Data is made available to sites only when subscriptions have been made for them.
Use
You can determine the distribution of data to the respective sites by creating subscriptions. You have to subscribe to a publication, and then you can assign one or more sites to the subscription.
To display subscriptions that have already been defined, choose the object type Subscription, in the dropdown box Object Type. If required make an entry in field Object Name, and choose the icon 
.
By selecting the corresponding function, you can create additional subscriptions or display/change/delete subscriptions that already exist. By assigning sites to organizational units, you can assign subscriptions indirectly.
If data is missing on a mobile client even though a subscription exists, you can check and update the lookup tables.
