An employee uses this application to raise the request for changing the daily work schedule (DWS ) of a specific day.

Integration

Features

On the Calendar tab page, an employee specifies the date to change the DWS. The application provides the following options to make the change:

Enter the new DWS directly
Specify the substitute date, and enter the substitution DWS for both the original day and the substitute date

By default, the value in the Approver field is the line manager of the employee; however, the employee can specify another approver.

On the Change DWS Overview tab page, the system displays all the change requests that are raised by the employee as of a specific date. The employee can monitor the status of his or her requests.

Prerequisites

You have determined the screen attributes in the following Customizing activities:

Create Rule Groups
Maintain Attributes for Rule Groups

You have assigned the substitution DWS in the Customizing activity Map Substitution Daily Work Schedules, and informed the employees of which DWS they can use as substitute DWS.
