Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single WBSElement entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the execute method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

wBSElement - Key identifying a WBS element.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 24

servicePath - Service path to be used to fetch a single WBSElement

project - Key identifying a project definition.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 24
