Updating Network Prices

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Sales and Distribution Next navigation step Service Station Retailing Next navigation step Network and group Next navigation step pricing Next navigation step Network update. End of the navigation path

  2. The SSR Pricing - Network and group price update screen appears.

  3. Enter the appropriate:

  • Selection parameters

  • Process attributes

You can specify whether:

  • The change should be a percentage change or an absolute value

  • Service type differences should be applied

  • Material differences should be applied

You must also enter:

  • Appropriate currency, pricing unit and unit of measure

  • Date and time from which new prices are valid

  • Number of the list variant for network and group price maintenance

  1. Choose Execute.

The Fuels Pricing: Differential rates screen appears.

  1. Enter price changes as required and, if required, maximum and minimum values for each material. To activate this function, set the Adjust to limit indicator.

  1. Choose Execute.

The Create Price Calculation screen appears.

The selected locations and materials and their current target prices are displayed.

A process log number displayed in the header area. You use this number if you need to reverse network and group price updates.

  1. To update the prices displayed:

  • Enter a price change code and accompanying text

  • Choose Network and Group Update

The updated prices are displayed.

You can double-click cells to display margins for the new prices.

  1. If you want the new prices to be used, save your entries. If necessary you can change individual prices first.

The Network and Group Price Update screen appears and a message is displayed, giving the total number of prices that have been updated.

Result

You can now send the updated target prices to locations. For more information, see Sending Pricing Notifications .

If necessary, you can cancel price updates that are valid from a time in the future. For more information, see Reversing Network price Update .
