Postprocessing for Promotion Price Plans You can still make certain changes to promotion price plans even if you have already triggered subsequent processing for a specific price plan. You can continue to perform post processing until the promotion has ended.
You can change sales price conditions for promotion price plans with the statuses
Conditions Created
,
Partially Active
, and
Active
.
You can deactivate article items in a promotion price plan. The system deletes the corresponding sales price conditions as of the deactivation date.
You can reactivate deactivated article items in a promotion price plan.
If the originally planned validity start date is in the past, the system uses the current date as the validity start of the newly created sales price conditions.
You can completely deactivate a promotion price plan and then activate it again.
You can change the validity end date for a promotion price plan. If you use site groups, you change them on the
Promotion Site Groups
tab page.

You can only change the validity end date for a promotion price plan if you have not already performed subsequent processing in the
Promotion
component.
For promotion price plans with the status
Released
or
Conditions Created
, you can reset subsequent processing and return to the planning phase. The system deletes any sales price conditions and assigns the status
In Process
to the promotion price plan.
To reset the processing status of a promotion price plan, choose

Edit the promotion price plan.
Perform subsequent processing for the promotion price plan.

You can include additional articles in the promotion price plan.

If the validity start for the originally planned validity period is in the past, the system sets the validity start of the new article item to the current date.
You can reverse postprocessing for article items.
If you have included new articles in the price plan, the system deletes these items.
Perform subsequent processing for the promotion price plan.
Postprocessed promotion price plans have
temporary
added to their price planning status.
