Assignment of Price Planner Groups to Budgets

Use

By assigning price planner groups to budgets, you define which budgets a user is allowed to access. As each article belongs to just one budget, you are also defining which articles a user may process in price planning in the Price Planning Workbench (PPW).

Prerequisites

Features

  • You can display and change existing assignments, create new assignments, and delete existing assignments.

  • To create new assignments, the system automatically determines the budgets that do not have any price planner groups assigned to them according to the budget key fields specified.

Activities

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Retailing Next navigation step Master Data Next navigation step Price Planning Next navigation step Budgets Next navigation step Authorization Administration for Budget Access Next navigation step Assign Price Planner Group to Budget End of the navigation path .

  2. Make entries in the key fields and attribute fields to determine the budgets whose assignment you wish to display or change. The system creates the input fields for the key fields dynamically from the settings for the budget function.

  3. If you want to create new assignments, set the Add Budgets Without Price Planner Group to Selection indicator.

  4. On the screen that follows, edit the assignments of price planner groups. You can also use the mass change function to do this.

  5. Save your entries.
