Model Views and Portfolios Panel Right-Click Menu

Use

The Model Views and Portfolios panel menu contains a number of commands used to control the model views. Available options differ depending on the current position of the cursor. For example, if your cursor is positioned on a portfolio, the options displayed relate to portfolios.

Portfolios

The right-click options for portfolios are the following:

Menu Option	Functional Description
Update Thumbnail	Update the thumbnail for the portfolio.
New Portfolio	Creates a new portfolio, to which you can add model views.
Rename Portfolio	Changes the name of a portfolio
Delete Portfolio	Deletes a portfolio
Duplicate	Duplicates a selected portfolio and all model views within the selected portfolio, or a single model view
Render to Raster	Opens the Render To window, and allows you to render the file.
Create Model View	Creates a new model view within the portfolio
Portfolio Properties	Opens the Portfolio Properties window, and allows you to modify properties for the selected portfolio.

Model Views

The right-click options for model views are the following:

Menu Option	Functional Description
Update Model View	Updates the selected model view with the current render and viewport settings
Store Object Positions	Saves the object position when creating a model view
Update	Performs various update functions: Update Render Mode: Update the render mode of the selected model view, ignoring the camera view and scene visibility, to current render mode state. Selection Visibility: Update visibility options for the selected model view. For example, grid. Camera: Update the camera of the selected model views to the current camera view. This option enables you to easily adjust the initial view in a selected model view or make consistent camera view in all model views.
Activate	Activates the selected view in the selected viewport
Delete	Deletes the selected view
Add to	Adds the model view to the portfolio of your choice Note This option is available only when there are multiple portfolios
Move to	Moves the model view to the portfolio of your choice Note This option is available only when there are multiple portfolios
New Portfolio	Creates a new portfolio, to which you can add model views.
Copy Link to Clipboard	Creates a link to the clipboard
Render to Raster	Opens the Render To window, and allows you to render the file.
Render to Vector	Opens the Render To window, and allows you to render the file.
Render to Video	Opens the Render To window, and allows you to render the file to video.
Properties	Opens the Model View Properties window, and allows you to modify properties for the selected model view.
