Creating a Data Carrier in Recruitment You are working with Recruitment as a non-integrated system.
Integration with
Personnel Administration has not been activated in Customizing.
From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose
The
Data Transfer
via Data File
screen appears.
Enter the key for the
Transfer applicant data
action in the
Action for hiring
field.
Enter data in other fields as required.
The system proposes the value

in the
Status (overall)
field, allowing you to select all applicants whose overall status is
To be hired.
Choose
.
The
Transfer to Local File
screen appears.
Enter the path under which the data is to be saved in the
File name
field and choose
Transfer
.
Decide whether you want to transfer data for several applicants.
If not, the procedure is completed.
If so, the
Transfer to Local File
screen appears. Repeat step 6 until a data carrier has been created for all applicants to be transferred.
The
Recurring Tasks: Direct Transfer of Applicant Data
screen appears.
The data to be transferred is stored on the specified data carrier. The data carrier can now be imported into
Personnel Administration
.
