Importing a Data Carrier into Personnel Administration

Prerequisites

You are working with Recruitment as a non-integrated system. Integration with Personnel Administration has not been activated in Customizing.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel Management Next navigation step Master Data Next navigation step Personnel Actions.. End of the navigation path

  2. The Applicant Actions screen appears.

  3. Select the action Hire and transfer data and choose .

  4. The Data Transfer via Data File screen appears.

  5. Make the necessary entry in the Action reason field, select Suppress dialog and choose .

  6. The Import from Local File screen appears.

  7. In the File name field, enter the path under which the data to be transferred is saved, and choose Transfer .

  8. The Create Actions (infotype 0000) screen appears.

  9. Perform the action.

Result

The applicant data is transferred to Personnel Administration .
