Use

In the Recruitment component, you can process data from one applicant or from several applicants at the same time.

To process data on individual applicants, you must access the appropriate processing option (for example, Maintain activities , Maintain applicant master data ), enter the applicant number and start processing.

To process data for several applicants at the same time, you must first use a report to create a list of the applicants, which you can use as a worklist. You can process the applicant data displayed in all lists using functions such as Enter additional data , Maintain activities , and Maintain applicant master data . This function simplifies and speeds up complex tasks such as entry of additional data for, or rejection of several applicants at once.

The applicants displayed in a list can be processed in sequence or simultaneously using the available functions - provided the overall status or vacancy assignment status are displayed. If the overall status is displayed, you can also reject several or all applicants at the same time, or put them on hold. If the vacancy assignment status is displayed, you can change the status for several or all applicants at the same time.
