Processing Employment Contract Offers

Purpose

An applicant receives a written offer of an employment contract. You can create an employment contract in the system. You complete the relevant applicant correspondence and depict the various administrative steps in the system.

Prerequisites

Personnel selection has been completed, and an applicant is to be offered a contract.

Process

  1. You run the Offer applicant contract applicant action .

  2. This applicant action changes the applicant’s overall status to Contract offere d, and the applicant activity Offer contract is created. This documents the process in the system. Moreover, if you maintain a created applicant activity, you can call up the appropriate text in the system for applicant correspondence purposes. This is a cover letter to send the applicant with the contract.

  3. Draw up an employment contract. You can execute the Offer contract applicant activity here too. In the standard system, the activity is linked to a standard text containing a standard employment contract. You can edit and print the contract.

  4. You send the contract and the cover letter to the applicant.

  5. If you want to, you can record the sending of the contract in the system by creating the applicant activity Mail contract.
