Vacancy assignment for applicant pool
You can create a list of all the applicants in the applicant pool, i.e. all those whose overall status is
On hold
. You can then assign each applicant to one or more vacancies directly from this list.
You can use this functionality even when using
Recruitment
as a stand-alone system.
Search using user-definable qualifications profiles
In
Personnel Development
, you can define a qualifications catalog. On the basis of the qualifications in this catalog, you can create qualifications profiles that can be used as search criteria. This way, you can search for all applicants who have specific qualifications. You can assign an applicant to a vacancy or display the archived application documents and the short profile of the applicant directly from this list of applicants.

You can only conduct a search using user-definable qualifications profiles if you are using

in conjunction with
Personnel Development.
You usually use this kind of search if a requirements profile has not been created for the position you are trying to fill.
Search using requirements profiles for positions
In
Personnel Development
, you can define a requirements profile for a position. The system uses this profile to create a list of all applicants who fulfill at least one of the requirements specified. You can then compare the applicant's qualifications with those specified in the requirements profile for the position using a profile matchup. You can also assign an applicant to a vacancy directly from this list. You can assign an applicant to a vacancy and display the archived application documents and his or her short profile directly from this list.
