Run Information

This section gives you details about the information displayed after running a job.

After running a job, you can open it and consult the information available for each run, from the Runs tab. Information related to this run are displayed in the header, and details are displayed in the Overview tab.

The run information available in the header:

Run Header Information	Details
Run Status	Displays the global status of the job run. The run status is calculated by combining the mapping status and the import status.
Run On	Displays the date of the run.
Run By	Displays the user who has run the job.
Source Data	Displays the number of successes and information generated when transforming the source data, due to rows not matching any rules, formatting issues with amounts, missing columns, etc.
Mapped Data	Displays the number of successes, information, warnings or errors, generated when applying the data mapping rules, due to formatting issues, missing currencies or amounts, etc.
Imported Data (for jobs with ACDOCU table as target)	Displays the number of successes, information, warnings or errors, when importing into the ACDOCU table.

Run
Mapping Status	Displays the status of the data mapping process (read source data, transform it, and send the generated data to SAP S/4HANA), and not the status of the import. It can display a success status, even if the import fails. The mapping status is “Success” if at least one data record is sent to SAP Group Reporting, even if source rows have been excluded.
Import Status	The Import Status column displays the status of the import process. If a job generates rows with status "Error" and others with status "Success" (or "Information" or "Warning"), the rows in error are rejected, and the rows in success (or "Information" or "Warning") are imported. Import status “Error” is displayed if at least one data record has been rejected by SAP S/4HANA for Group Reporting. The import status is “N/A” for jobs of target type "CSV File" since the data is not imported into the ACDOCU table but made available for download as a CSV file. While the job is running, the import status displayed may be temporary, especially for jobs generating high volumes of data. To update the import status, enter or refresh the job run. The final import status can only be obtained once the import process is finished. In the meantime, the status displayed is Request sent. When the Number of Aggregated Rows field displays 0 or is empty, the import status displayed is Not run.
Job Name	Displays the name of the job.

Run Duration	Displays the global duration of the run process.
Run ID	Displays the technical ID of the run.
Source Data
Source	Displays the type of source used: CSV ACDOCA ACDOCU ECC CUSTOM CONNECTION
Source Instance Used	Displays the source instance used for your mapping job.
Source File Name (for jobs with CSV file as source)	Displays the CSV source file name used for your mapping job.
Number of Source Rows	Displays the number of rows extracted from the data source.
Filters	Displays the filters defined in the mapping definition.
Mapped Data
Number of Generated Rows	Displays the number of rows generated by the data mapping rules.
Number of Aggregated Rows	Displays the number of aggregated rows generated by the data mapping rules and sent to the ACDOCU table.
Exclude Zero Amounts	Indicates if zero amounts have been excluded or included automatically, depending on the update mode selected for the job. For more information, see Exclude Zero Amounts.
Generated Values	Displays the values generated by the job before being imported into the ACDOCU table or sent to a CSV file.
Mapping Definition	Displays the name and a link that opens the data mapping definition used to run the job.
Mapping Duration	Displays the duration of the data mapping process.
Import Options (for jobs with ACDOCU table as target)
Target	ACDOCU
Test Run	Indicates if the Test Run option has been selected when running the job.
Update Mode	Displays the update mode chosen when uploading data. For more information, see Import Options.
Period Mode	Displays the period mode chosen when uploading data. For more information, see Import Options.
Read Document Type	Displays the read document type chosen when uploading data. For more information, see Import Options.
Write Document Type	Displays the write document type options chosen when uploading data. For more information, see Import Options.
Traceability Log Available Here Until	Displays the expiration date of the traceability log. After the expiration date or if no traceability log has been generated, a dash is displayed.
Target Instance for Traceability Log	Displays the target instance selected when generating the traceability log in a remote web location.
CSV Target File (for jobs with CSV file as target)
Target File	Target: CSV File
CSV Target File Available Until	Displays the expiration date of the CSV target file. After the expiration date or if no CSV target file has been generated, a dash is displayed.
Target Instance for CSV	Displays the target instance selected when generating the CSV target file in a remote web location.
Traceability Log Available Here Until	Displays the expiration date of the traceability log. After the expiration date or if no traceability log has been generated, a dash is displayed.
Target Instance for Traceability Log	Displays the target instance selected when generating the traceability log in a remote web location.
