Exclude Zero Amounts

When uploading data for import into the ACDOCU table, zero amounts are excluded or included automatically, depending on the update mode selected.

In Delete and in Overwrite mode, zero amounts are automatically included.
In Add mode, zero amounts are automatically excluded.

When generating a CSV target file, the Exclude Zero Amounts import option allows you to choose whether you want to exclude or include zero amounts.

Aggregated zero amounts are excluded from:

The traceability log file (output columns)
The CSV target file
The uploaded data

When zero amounts are excluded, the traceability log and CSV target files become smaller and easier to read and, if the data mapping job produces a lot of aggregated zero amounts, the performance of the import can be improved, too.

However, zero amounts are not excluded from the input data shown in the traceability log file.
