Invitees as Private Organizations

Invitees and invitee subsidiaries are private to the respective premium accounts.

Invitees and invitee subsidiaries are allowed to have the same company name as another invitee or premium across SAP Asset Intelligence Network and within the respective premium account. You can differentiate between multiple business partners having the same name by referring to their Membership Type.

New invitees are added to the My Invitees network authorization group of the premium. When a premium creates a new invitee with the same company name of an existing invitee or of an existing premium account, warning messages alert you that the name isn't unique. You can still override the warning and create the invitee with the same name.

Although invitees are exclusive to their premiums, when you attempt to block an organization, all invitees are visible in the business partners list because they’re still part of the sharing network.
