Configuring IDoc Adapter (AAE) in the Integration Builder

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log on to the SAP Process Integration (PI) system.
  2. Launch the index page of the PI system.

    To open the index page, start the /nsxmb_ifr transaction.

    Alternatively you can open the index page in a web browser using the following URL address:

    http://<Host>:<Port>/dir/start/index.jsp

  3. Open the Integration Builder of the PI system.
  4. Create a folder and a configuration scenario for the business scenario you want to complete, as follows:

  5. Create sender and receiver communication components of the business systems and add the business systems to the configuration scenario.

  6. Create sender and receiver communication channels and add the communication channels to the configuration scenario.

  7. Create sender and receiver agreements and add the business system agreements to the configuration scenario.

  8. Activate the created configuration scenario and all entities that are added to it.
  9. Refresh the SLD Data Cache.
