Payoff: Detailed Data

The system displays an overview of the receivables list on this tab page.

Procedure

You can enter different amounts directly in the receivables list for a payoff, although this depends partly on your Customizing settings for the control data. This includes the following items:

Independent of Customizing

  • Gross Payoff Amount

Depending on your Customizing settings, the Gross Payoff Amount is made up of different amounts that are then included in the receivables list. It is the amount that the borrower still has to pay to cover al of the open receivables for his or her loan.

  • Net Payoff Amount

During a full payoff the system determines the Net Payoff Amount automatically after a due date has been specified.

    Note Note

The gross and net payoff amounts are always displayed in the receivables list.

The difference between the net and the gross payoff amount is formed by open items and additional flows that exist for the loan, or influencing factors that have been entered by way of a user exit.

    End of the note.
  • Accrued Items

The total amount of the regular payments for a loan, that have been accrued up to the date of the payoff quote.

  • Projected Items

The total amount of the regular payments for a loan, that are likely to be accrued between the date of the payoff quote and the due date of the payoff, according to the payment schedule.

Depending on Customizing

  • Additional Flows

Total of the flows entered for the receivables list on the Other Flows tab.

    Note Note

If you have entered additional flows, such as a prepayment penalty or a processing charge, explicitly on the Other Flows tab page, the system does not display these other flows in the receivables list in a group but as separate items.

    End of the note.
  • Regular Payments

Total flows that are due regularly for a loan. These include periodic charges.

    Note Note

Interest is not included as a regular payment.

    End of the note.
  • Arrears

Total of the overdue items selected for the receivables list on the Open Items tab page.

  • Credit Balance (Overpayments)

Total of the credit items selected for the receivables list on the Open Items tab page.

  • Insurance (Credit Items)

Total of the insurance rebates (credit items) that have been calculated for the insurance policies for the loan.

  • Insurance (Debit Items)

Total of the insurance receivables (debit items) that have been calculated for the insurance policies for the loan.
