This tab page provides a summarized overview of the receivable items.

The system determines the gross payoff amount in the loan currency within the net payoff procedure. This is made up of the following amounts, depending on the settings made in the IMG activity Define Templates.

  • Gross Payoff Amount

  • Net Payoff Amount

  • Proportional Payments

    The total of the flows in the notice currency created by the payoff and adjusted to the payment date of the payoff.

    Note Note

    The system only considers proportional payments in cases of a full payoff.

  • Regular Payments

    Total of the flows that exist independently of the payoff with the same payment date as the payoff payment date.

    The system only considers the regular payments depending on the Customizing settings for the template.

  • Other Flows

    Total of the flows entered for the receivables list on the Other Flows tab.

  • Active CLI Difference

    Balance from reimbursement and receivables amount for the remaining period of the credit life insurance. If you have not transferred the balance, the system does not display the difference here.

  • Interest on Arrears

    The system calculates the interest on arrears accumulated since the last interest on arrears calculation up to the payoff payment date and enters this as a flow.

  • Overdue Items

    Total of the overdue items selected for the receivables list on the Open Items tab page.

  • Credit Balance (Overpayments)

    Total of the credit items selected for the receivables list on the Open Items tab page.

  • Outstanding Payments

    Balance of the payments still outstanding from the current date to the payment date of the payoff.

  • Regular Payments Not Requested

    If the regular payments are not to be included in the receivables list, the system displays the relevant amount here.

The gross payoff amount is the amount the borrower still has to pay in order to meet the receivables in full.
