:
In the IMG activity
Control Condition Verification
, you have determined which predefined condition checks the system performs for the product type.
In the Business Add-In
BAdI: Customer-Specific Condition Checks,
you can determine custom checks for conditions.
The system displays all conditions that are valid for the installment loan in an overview. You can process these conditions. If you change conditions that the system has created based on the product or from business operations, the system displays the
symbol in the
Status
column. You can display the changes to the standard condition in the quick info.
Note
Changes that you make to conditions for a loan are only valid for this loan. You need to change the product or assigned condition table to make general changes to conditions.
Changes that you make with this function always overwrite the settings from the condition table.
The system checks the plausibility of the conditions. Messages are displayed in the message window. You can call the
Condition
window by selecting the field for which the system has reported an error message and choosing
(
Detail Exists
).
Using a Business Add-In (BAdI) you can adjust the condition check to your requirements.
For more information, see the Implementation Guide for
Loans Management
under
BAdI: Customer-Specific Condition Checks.
You can change an existing condition by selecting the required condition and choosing
(
Change Condition
). The
Condition
screen with the tabs
Amounts, Dates,
and
Settlements
appears, where you can make the required changes.
When you manually change a condition you must then recalculate the term, payment installment, or the balloon. Choose the arrow
to the right of
(
Calculate
) and then
Adjust Term, Adjust Installment, Adjust Final Installment
.
Note
You can only change conditions if no flows have been posted. To change conditions for flows that have already been posted, you need to first either reverse or restrict the validity of the flows.
You can change the payment installment, the term, or, for a variable rate balloon loan, the balloon for a loan. The changes possible are restricted by the product on which the loan is based. You can, for example, change the payment installment for a loan with fixed term, but the term must remain the same, and the system then adjusts the balloon.
The following options are available:
Recalculate the payment installment when the fixed term and balloon have been specified.
Recalculate the term when the fixed payment installment and balloon have been specified.
Recalculate the balloon when the fixed payment installment and term have been specified.
Choose the arrow
to the right of
(
Create Condition
) and then
New Term, New Installment, New Final Installment
.
Note
You can simulate the changes before you execute them.
You can define a new start of validity period for an existing condition, and in this way can set a change to the payment installment for a specific date in the future.
Choose the arrow
to the right of
(
Create Condition
) and then
Accrue/Defer Condition
.
You can determine a new due date for an existing payment condition. Additionally, you need to specify from when the new due date is valid.
Choose the arrow
to the right of
(
Create Condition
) and then
New Due Date
.
Note
You can change the due date of a condition only when you have not made any changes to the predefined condition due dates in the system.
You can create new conditions for a loan. Condition types are available for this which are assigned to the condition table on which the product is based.
Note
The validity of a new condition must begin in the future, such as a new fixed interest rate starting at the beginning of the next period.
Choose the arrow
to the right of
(
Create Condition
) and then
Create Condition
.
Note
The system provides you the condition types for selection, which you have assigned to the product in the condition table.
