Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single FunctionalArea entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the execute method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

functionalArea - Functional Area

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 16

servicePath - Service path to be used to fetch a single FunctionalArea
