Checking and Releasing Log Sheets All measurements in the work area for which you want to release the log sheet are in a final status. For more information, see Status Editing for Measurements .
You have opened the measurement project you want to edit as described under Accessing Measurement Management .
Caution
After you have released the log sheet, you can no longer change the data in the corresponding measurements. You cannot undo the release of the log sheet.
In the navigation area, click the log sheet you want to edit.
In the application area, check the data that exists on the various tab pages. Note that for measurements that have the status
Released
or
Partial Measurement
, you can reset the status of the measurement if necessary and then make corrections.
If necessary, note the measurements whose data is to be corrected.
In the project tree, open the measurements you want to change. Reset the status using
with the quick info text
Measurement Results Recorded
and make your changes. Then release the measurements again using
with the quick info text
Release
or set another final status by choosing
(see
Status Editing for Measurements
).
In the navigation area, click the work area to which the log sheet belongs and change to the
Close
tab page in the application area.
Enter the date of any follow-on measurement or set the
No Follow-On Meas.
indicator.
If you set the
No Follow-On Meas.
indicator, the work area will not be taken into account when a
follow-on project
is created. It is also not relevant for date tracking using the report program
List Monitoring Dates
.
Enter a comment as a user-defined text if required and choose
Log Sheet
. Save your entries.
Repeat steps 1. through 7. for all other log sheets you want to release.
