Amount Overview With this function you can determine for selected work areas which agents are assigned to them, and display quantity information (amounts) for these agents. The amounts can be, for example, measured values, material stock information, or similar values.
With the exception of reference values, you must have entered all amounts in the
risk assessment
component. You can enter the amounts manually or using
amount determination

Reference values must be entered in
specification management
.
In the initial screen, you can make selections according to the following criteria:
Work area
Agent type

Measurement job data (for example, measurement number)
Validity
The results are shown in a list in which the following columns are displayed for each work area and agent:

SAP List Viewer (ALV): Classic
.
You can select data records in the list and navigate to the risk assessment display.
