Creating Catalog Entries

  1. From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu , choose Start of the navigation path Work Areas Next navigation step Edit Work Areas. End of the navigation path

    The Edit Work Area: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Start of the navigation path ChooseEnvironment Next navigation step Questionnaire Next navigation step Edit Question Catalog. End of the navigation path

    The editing screen for question catalogs appears ( Overview: Change Question Catalogs screen).

  3. Select a question catalog or a catalog group and choose with the quick info text Create Catalog Entry .

    The New Entries: Details of Added Entries screen appears.

  4. Enter the required data and save your entries.

    Assign a weighting if required. You can evaluate this weighting inrisk assessment in theQuestionnaire analysis method (see Evaluation of Questionnaires ).
