E-Mail Message Size Increase
E-mail communication channels now allow total size for outbound e-mail messages up to 35 megabytes.
The size for any single attachment is up to 20 MB.
By customer request, we've increased the allowed size for all files attached to outbound e-mail messages to a total of 35 MB.
What Changed?
Before the November 2021 release, e-mail message size (including message content, inline images, and attachments) sent
from SAP Cloud for Customer communication channels was limited to 20 megabytes.
As of November 2021, total e-mail message size can be up to 35 megabytes in size.
