Blocking the creation of contracts
Disable the creation of contracts for certain accounts or customers.
The display of error message guides and prohibits you from saving of a new contract.
Scope and Configure
To enable this feature, administrators must select the fine-tuning activity under
Business Configuration 
Overview Accounts Sales Document Order Block Assignment Order Block Reason
