Display Key Attributes with Colors in Call Lists

Color highlights are applied to call list attributes, Closed Status and End Date, which enables you to know at a glance the health of your calling efforts as you approach the specified end date.

The color of closed status changes from red to orange to green as the number of call participants with a closed status approaches 100%.

Color Codes for Closed Status

Color Code

Percentage of Participant in a Closed State

Red

Less than or equal to 33%

Orange

Between 34% and 66%

Green

Greater than or equal to 67%

The color of end date changes from green to orange to red as the current date approaches the specified end date.

Color Codes for End Date

Color Code

As Compared with the Current Date

Green

In first third (1/3) of time between start date and end date

Orange

In second third (2/3) of time between start date and end date

Red

In the final third (3/3) of time between start date and end date

Restrictions/Limitations

It's not possible to customize color codes for attributes at this point.
