Larger Default Window Size for E-Mail Replies

You, as a service agent now have twice the screen area to compose e-mail ticket responses from Timeline.

By making the e-mail compose window twice the previous height by default, we save you the time of manually resizing the window each time you send an e-mail reply to a ticket.
