Publishing a system

Prerequisites

  • To update a system, your user ID either belongs to the group ORG_ADMIN or ORG_DATA_EXPERT, or has the roles SYSTEM_DELETE or SYSTEM_EDIT assigned. For more information, see Roles for SAP Cloud Platform - Neo Environment.

  • You have created systems in any of the following states:

    • Unpublished

    • Published

    • In Revision

Context

You can view the list of systems using the Systems app and perform a mass publish when you have to publish many systems.

Procedure

  1. Open the Systems application.
  2. Search for systems that are either in unpublished, or in revision state.
  3. Select one or more systems from the search results.
  4. Choose Publish.
