New space in the SAP Fiori launchpad that all users can personalize individually according to their preferences (see My Home).

All users get a personal My Home space with one page. They can add their preferred apps to My Home using the app finder or bookmarks. In addition, they can import their apps and personalization from the classic home page (if applicable). My Home can be edited the same way as any page in the launchpad. Users may disable My Home if they don’t want to use it (this is a user settings option).

My Home is active by default when working with spaces and pages. Administrators can disable the My Home feature. There is a new parameter SPACES_MYHOME controlling the feature.
