Administrators can now define the space sort order. First, there is a new configuration parameter SPACES_SORT_CRITERION which defines if spaces are sorted according to space ID or space title. Default is sorting by space title. Please note that the default sort order has changed with this version. If you prefer the previous sorting by space ID, administrators can change the parameter setting accordingly.

In addition to this, administrators can define a specific sort priority for a space in the Manage Launchpad Spaces app. With these two options, the sort order of spaces in the launchpad can be set up according to the users' needs. See Sorting the Spaces for a detailed description of the new options.
