You can send a report by email when it is open in a window.

If the Send by email link does not appear in the window, check the following:

• the SMTP server settings must be defined in the Windows version of Financial Consolidation at Tools  General Options  Transfer. You must enter an IP address or the name of an email server in the Transfer vectors box.
• the sender's address must be saved in the Financial Consolidation preferences.
