Log

Use

This function displays the result of the Order Generation and Delete Order Items functions. For example, the overview indicates the number of contracts for which orders could not be created, and the details explain why this was the case.

The log lists the T100 messages that were displayed during order generation and when deleting order items. You can modify the log to meet your company's requirements.

Features

If you want to display all the messages for a log, select it in the Log column. In the log overview, you can display a summary for an evaluation you have defined in Customizing.

Example Example

For example, you might wish to perform an evaluation of Orders Created During the Generation Run. In this case, the log overview displays the number of orders created during this generation run. To display a breakdown of the corresponding messages and contracts, choose the evaluation field.

You can assign a status to each message from order generation or order item deletion and to each customer message that is included in the log. There can be any number of statuses for an order. Each time the message in question is triggered, the status of the order item is noted for the message.

An evaluation can be defined using a calculation rule for statuses . A calculation rule adds or subtracts different statuses. You can also specify whether the message was triggered in a test run or update run.
